About this study day

Attendance at this study day will enable students to develop much needed skills, which will stand them in good stead for continuing professional development, as it will prepare them for theoretical based courses.

It also has the advantage of developing critical thinking which can be applied in every day clinical practice, enhancing, critique of evidence-based practice and documentation.

The areas covered will be:

  • The skills of essay writing
  • Referencing
  • Critical analysis
  • Literature reviews
  • Reflection
  • Managing your time
